OPI uses the information you choose to provide to respond to requests, arrange services, manage client accounts, and support your performance plan.
Information you share
Forms request contact details and information about the support you need. Evaluations record answers and drill results. Approved clients can choose to save readiness and recovery logs, messages, and supporting files such as lab, injury, or DNA context. Avoid sending information that is not needed for your request.
Services used by this website
Hostinger hosts the website. Supabase supports account authentication, database records, and file storage. Stripe handles payment details; OPI receives payment confirmation rather than your full card number. Email delivery services support reports and account communications.
Client information and website storage
Client tools use sign-in and access controls to limit private records to the client and approved OPI staff. Your browser stores items such as the cart and session information. Website measurement records page and interaction events to help OPI understand how the site is used.
Contact and follow-up
When you submit a request, OPI uses the contact details to respond and arrange the relevant next step. Optional email education and text-message choices are shown on the relevant forms. Share another person’s contact details only with their permission.
Questions about your information
To ask about information held by OPI or request access, correction, or deletion, contact OPI and choose “Privacy or account help.” Do not include passwords, payment card details, or medical files in the public contact form.
